4. Google Authentication

Our Service offers Google Sign-In as an authentication method. By using Google Sign-In, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We receive a unique identifier (OpenID) along with basic profile information (name and email address) necessary for account creation and authentication
• The unique identifier is used solely to securely link your Google account to your Zillow Scraper account and verify your identity
• We do not access, store, or use any other Google account data beyond what is required for authentication
• Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings
• Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

Google Sign-In is provided as a convenience for account access. You may also create an account using email and password if you prefer not to use Google authentication.

10.3 Refunds

12. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that our Service will meet your specific requirements or that extracted data will be accurate or current.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZILLOW SCRAPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruption or loss of revenue
• Decisions made based on extracted data
• Costs of procurement of substitute services

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zillow Scraper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our Service, your use of extracted data, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@zillow-scraper.co. Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited.

15.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
